Fantastic to see Harry Gregg being honoured in this way. I was very moved by his speech at the Europa dinner and look forward to attending the game at Windsor Park. Another innovative coup by Carryduff and congratulations to Chalkie, JD and big Dee

An absolute LEGEND! I have now been at two evenings with Harry and listened to him go over memorys that i wish i could have been part of!
The 1st time i met him i was lucky enough to have dinner at his table, i really was like a child sitting beside one of his heroes! A true man of heart and honour, a humble man who thought nothing of letting me join him for dinner. If you read this Harry, i am proud to say ive met a true red legend in yourself and a modest hero. Many thanks for the memorys.

I didn't realize how much a legend Harry Gregg was until I participated in events and meetings with the George Best Carryduff MUSC.
10 years at the top with Busby's Babes 1st and 2nd generation....saving Bobby Charlton's life in the Munich Air Disaster; 10+ years in the Northern Ireland, winning best goalkeeper in the World Cup! True legend...to have to wait until 80 years of age to finally receive a testimonial is only a small token of appreciation that the Red Devil support can provide to Harry Gregg.
This has been long coming to a true legend, and I am proud to be part of the George Best Carryduff MUSC that embraces and belongs to the heritage of the best club in the world Manchester United Football Club, and the Testimonial game for MUFC v IFA select will be truly remembered for the greet Harry Gregg and in keeping the Irish history of aanchester United alive.
My friends, family and myself look forward to attending a great and memorable occassion.
Thank you to Chalkie, JD and the rest of the committee for the hard work in organising this, you a credit to Manchester United supporters not only in Northern Ireland but around the world!

What an inspiration Harry is, even today young kids know who Harry Gregg is and that speaks volumes, I was lucky enough to meet Harry at the George Best Carryduff MUSC dinner last March and he was a true gentleman, which I think is more important to Harry than anything else. This testimonial will be a great way for fans from his home country to show there pride, respect and admiration for OUR Harry. Well done to all who have brought this about.

I was delighted to hear that Harry gregg will be honoured with a testimonial game and that Man Utd have agreed to come to Northern Ireland for it. 3 worthy charities will also benefit greatly from this which makes it even better.
Harry is a true legend at Utd, and we should all be proud he is one of our own!
Not only a world class keeper, but also the undoubted hero of the Munich air crash.
The George Best Carryduff supporters club have been responsible for setting this up. With the fantastic commitment to all things Man Utd that John White, John Dempsey and everyone else at the club has, this will no doubt be a major success!
